Founder and CEO

Gail Kagan, founded aSubpoena and has established her respected reputation with more than twenty years of experience. She is a past president of the New York State Professional Process Servers Association and the Present legislative Chair of that association.


 Gail was personally responsible for legislation that protects Process Servers from Assault in New York State. She is knowledgeable in all things Process Serving and she was personally consulted as a witness by New York City Council member, Robert Cornegy, about the Housing Crisis and the impact of Service of Process in relation to Landlord tenant matters.



 Her vision is to use technology, teamwork, training, and knowledge to simplify and improve accuracy and transparency in the service of process.
